The Wandering Years of the Magician Apprentices

The Wandering Years of the Magician Apprentices offers:

• A new magic system based on collecting letter tiles.
• Three factions with a special hex and NPCs to introduce into your game.
• An attractive threefold in two colors to add to your game collection.  

The setting

Wizards, magicians and witches from all over the world want to go to Skolanua. There, masters teach all branches of magic. Frogs, rats, mice, and owls live side by side in this place to deepen their magical expertise and arcane knowledge.

Once the young apprentices have successfully completed their training, they begin their journey. During this time, they will write their own spellbook. To increase their magical abilities, they must face the adversities of the world and draw new magical powers from their experiences.

What adventures await the journeymice? Will they create unexpected and powerful spells? Or will they fall into the hands of terrible enemies? Will their future profession be that of a village healer? Or will they command the magical troops of warlords?

Grab your walking stick, your spellbook and your courage with you. The wandering years of the magician apprentices await you!

The rules

Add a new form of magic to your Mausritter games! Collect letter tiles by completing feats, then use them to write spells in your spellbook. Consider your magic type when creating new spells, or aim for clear, powerful enchantments. The only limits are the available letters (and some other mechanics that are quickly explained in the rules)!

The factions

Meet will-o'-the-wisps invoking and Moon Goddess adoring frog monks. How deep into the swamp will you dare to go to help them?

Face the Obsidian Order's hatred of any magic not created using a tablet. Are you powerful enough to take on these absolutists of tablet magic?

Enter the Rainbow Castle of the Rat King at your own peril. Are you ready to face the four Rat Knights who serve them?
